Midlands Fitness Games is a fitness competition organised by Owner, Myles and friend, Jack. Its original event was postponed due to the national lockdown, but since then they have hosted 6 sold out events, with over 100 teams competing at each event. With all abilities competing from Scaled, Intermediate and RX there is a category for everyone from your newest of CrossFitter to your most experienced.

The event is hosted at Newark Showground and involves a lot of our members competing or volunteering as judges. Teams have attended from all over the UK from as far north as Scotland and as far south as London. We always allow spectators in for free to as we feel that the more people attend the better the atmosphere for the athletes will be.
