OUR STORY

Fosse Way CrossFit first and only CrossFit Affiliate in Newark on Trent. CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional fitness program that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercise to help individuals improve their overall fitness and well-being. Members participate in daily workouts (WOD) that are designed to challenge and push their physical limits while emphasizing proper form and technique.

 

The CrossFit method of training is based on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, which means that members are always working on different exercises and movements to prevent boredom and ensure continuous progress.
