Do I Need to be fit to start CrossFit?

No!!!! This is a common misconception when starting CrossFit. We have a variety of different individuals who CrossFit who have never exercised before to ex professional athletes.  Our members range from the age of 15 to 73 years old and the coach will provided variations and scaling for each workout to suit any fitness level. 

Do I need to do Fundamentals before I can sign up?

Initially we offer everyone a free taster session. If you have prior CrossFit experience and feel confident moving into the main sessions then you will not need fundamentals. If you do not have experience in CrossFit movements or Olympic Weightlifting movements of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk then you will need to do our 1-2-1 Fundamentals session.

How long does a CrossFit Class last?

Our sessions will last 1 hour. Each class is generally made up of a warm up, strength portion and a WOD (Workout of the Day). Your coach will guide you through the session and offer explanations and alternatives to anyone who needs them.

I CrossFit at another box, can I drop in for a class?

We always welcome drop ins from other boxes, this is what broadens the community.

Please book in via Team Up or contact us if you plan to drop in more than once in a week message us for deals.
