Since then he has     competed in a variety of competitions in the UK as an individual and a team and still gets pre-WOD nerves! The community,  teamwork and competitiveness is what he enjoys about CrossFit. Nothing beats throwing down with a group of friends doing a  brutal WOD and sharing the whole experience.

Jason was your everyday gym goer until he became interested in powerlifting and Olympic lifting. During powerlifting training he was introduced to a CrossFit WOD and was surprised at how ‘unfit’ he felt, he was very strong but that was only one aspect of CrossFit. There after he began to take more interest in Olympic lifting and CrossFit. He has since completed his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate and his CrossFit Judges course. Since training CrossFit he has improved both his strength and his overall fitness. He has also recently judged some of the best CrossFit athletes in Europe at the Meridian CrossFit Regionals 2015. Jason main profession is within the Oil and Gas industry so will drop into to the box when he can to help coach.
