Book your fundamentals sessions

Having a good grasp of the fundamentals is key to feeling totally confident stepping into a regular CrossFit class. We'll work with you to cover the foundational movements and provide advice on technique and form.


This is a great way to get to know CrossFit (and us!) without any pressure. We understand that coming to a new gym can be intimidating but don’t forget, we were all beginners at some point and we’re all here to support you.
